Customers can "cart" and pay multiple bills across different departments - such as utilities, permits, and parking - in a single checkout, while behind the scenes inovah automatically routes each portion of the payment to the correct Merchant ID (MID). Agent Pay extends Portal so your staff can securely take "card-not-present" payments on behalf of your customers - over the phone, at a service counter, or in any assisted scenario - using the same online payment rails as your self-service portal. 

Being browser-based, Agent Pay is tied to the Portal allowing cashiers to access the amount, bill information, and process the payment through your PCI-validated online payment flow.
