## **About HCTC**

The annual Harris Customer Training Conference (HCTC) provides a three-day learning opportunity for you to increase technical know-how, leverage best practices from industry peers, and influence your chosen products and solution offerings. This year's conference will take place at the Gaylord Palms Resort of Orlando, FL in early December.

System Innovators will focus on operational and technical training specific to the iNovah Solution and our Services. Focused sessions will provide information on the most recent iNovah release, how to mitigate upgrades and migrations, plus the ins-and-outs of PCI security and best practices. We will also provide a deeper look at iNovah SecureCloud, what the future holds for iNovah and System Innovators, and a whole lot more.

We are excited to bring the iNovah family together in our own 'backyard' for this year's HCTC. Our team promises to supply attendees with learning and memories to carry back and share with others. Please accept our invitation.
