The City's iNovah 'hub' will integrate to its existing Zoom IV system to achieve fully integrated, secure phone payments.

With the iNovah / Zoom integration, customer service agents can pause phone recordings while accepting customers' credit card information during a payment. Then, using the City's API, iNovah will resume the call recording and complete the transaction, all while maximizing iNovah's core benefits of real-time research, reporting, and reconciliation of City revenue.

This custom integration will help ensure customer credit card information during a phone transaction is protected for a safer, more secure transaction.
