System Innovators is pleased to announce that Crow Wing County, MN is Live with a custom real-time integration to Tyler iasWorld, the County’s new tax system. The new iNovah integration comes as the County upgrades their previous system and use of batch billing imports to gain instant, modern management of payments with Tyler iasWorld. iNovah will create real-time payment inquiry and updates in sync with the County’s tax software system, providing Crow Wing County with centralized revenue management for all tax payments.
System Innovators (SI), a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation, is pleased to announce that San Diego County, California has selected the iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) solution along with its eCommerce capabilities. Home to over three million people, San Diego County is the fifth largest county in the United States. They join thirteen other California clients, including the City of San Jose, the City of Long Beach, and the City of Anaheim, in utilizing iNovah as their one source for the truth in enterprise revenue management.
iNovah will initially be implemented in four departments, including the San Diego County Department of Revenue and Recovery, the Office of Vital Records and Statistics, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and the San Diego County Library. System Innovators’ unique configuration and integration capabilities will allow each department to use iNovah specific to their needs, with interfaces to their systems of records to support business processes. In the Office of Revenue and Recovery, the payment system will be seamlessly integrated with the current case and collection system to take restitution payments for the County, while the Library and Clerk of the Board of Supervisors will accept payments and fees across several locations.

The implementation of iNovah will greatly improve San Diego County’s customers’ payment capabilities, providing more flexibility and ease of use for over-the-counter payments as well as online payments. The County will have added phone payment capabilities including the ability to accept payments over the phone, arrange payment plans and set up recurring payment plans for customers wishing to pay by bank account or credit card. With this solution, County customer service agents will also have the ability to take payments and set up payment plans at the counter, as well as scan and remotely deposit checks into their bank.

Using iNovah’s integrated card solution, New Castle County cashiers are able to remain in iNovah, System Innovators’ centralized cashiering solution, for all payment processing and reporting. iNovah’s integrated credit card processing eliminates the manual entry of credit card information, reducing customer payment times and eliminating avoidable errors.
The County has also reduced their liability for fraudulent transactions through iNovah’s certified EMV solution as required by the payment card brands. In addition, County Customers can now pay using their digital mobile wallets such as: Apple Pay, Google Pay and contactless payment methods.

The new KUBRA interface will enable integrated credit card processing through iNovah, allowing cashiers to quickly process credit card payments and iNovah to automatically capture authorization information within the transaction. iNovah is a PCI PA-DSS validated payment application and is currently used across the City’s Financial Management department to take and process credit card payments. With their new iNovah integration, the City of Long Beach will gain efficiencies and improve payment security for their citizens and the organization.
