Dakota County, Minn. is modernizing the way they accept payments with a new county-wide implementation of System Innovators’ EMV chip card solution.
As a client since 2007, Dakota County has trusted iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) to accept and manage all County revenue through one central location. The addition of iNovah’s EMV chip card technology will deliver many benefits, including increased fraud protection, greater operational efficiency, and secure transactions for staff and citizens across Dakota County’s nine departments.
The County will also gain enhanced payment security, while still maintaining full connectivity to the iNovah hub. Cashiers can accept EMV payments and conduct all payment processing and reporting without ever leaving the iNovah application. Additionally, iNovah’s integrated card processing will eliminate the manual entry of credit card information for County staff, reducing customer payment times and eliminating avoidable errors.
Customers can look forward to increased payment flexibility, including the ability to pay using digital mobile wallets through options such as: Apple Pay, Google Pay and contactless payment methods.
System Innovators is proud to partner with Dakota County as they continue to grow and expand their revenue management capabilities across the organization.
