Fairfax County, Virginia is bringing the benefits of real-time payment updates to both staff and customers with an iNovah interface to their new parking system. The County recently transitioned to United Public Safety (UPsafety) for the management of all parking fees and citations, and is now ready to sync the system with their iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) hub for instant payment updates and in-depth research and reporting capabilities.
System Innovators will partner with the County to develop a real-time interface to UPsafety to support the retrieval of parking citations, posting payment updates back to the parking system, and handling payment reversal updates. The County’s new interface will create streamlined payment processing with automated updates to their parking citation system of record.
As a client since 1996, Fairfax County trusts the iNovah hub to accept, research, report and reconcile revenue across their organization. System Innovators is thrilled to grow with the County as they leverage iNovah as their “one source for the truth” in revenue management.
