The City of Fort Worth, TX is continuing their movement towards one city-wide revenue management solution with a brand-new iNovah integration to the City’s auto impounding system. With this new integration, System Innovators’ iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management hub will seamlessly connect with the Fort Worth Police Department’s AutoReturn impound software to provide streamlined payments and real-time account updates.
The City of Fort Worth Police Department utilizes the AutoReturn system to manage the dispatch, towing and impound services for its rotational tow program. Now, all impound-related transactions and revenue processed through iNovah will be instantly updated in the AutoReturn system of record, helping Fort Worth achieve more accurate financial research and reporting across the enterprise.
The Fort Worth Police Department joins the City’s Department of Financial Management Services, and the Departments of Development Services, Taxes, and Aviation in leveraging iNovah as their one source for the truth in revenue management.
