Latest iNovah Release Brings Several Solution Enhancements

Posted on January 10, 2020 by Ken Urquhart

The System Innovators team is pleased to announce the general availability (GA) release of iNovah 2.60.303.0 (MR15). The MR15 maintenance release brings several iNovah enhancements, including a new Payment Volume Audit report, greater transition capabilities for Image Cash Letter (ICL) files, and improved Query performance.

With iNovah’s new Payment Volume Audit report, clients can quickly audit their receipt volume and view the past five years of receipt history with a simple click of the button. This report automatically shows the annual receipt counts for transactions made through iNovah Cashier as well as through other integrated payment channels, providing an instant picture of payment volume year-over-year.

iNovah now also allows users to configure a specific path for the delivery of an Image Cash Letter (ICL) file to a shared network folder. This automation creates greater efficiencies in the transfer process of ICL files to the bank or other vendors for consumption. iNovah users will also see improvements in iNovah’s Query Module. Conditional logic has been added to enhance the performance and speed of new and existing queries.
