The City of Winnipeg, Manitoba CA is expanding their iNovah solution to integrate with the City’s water billing system, Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B). With this new integration, City staff and customers will gain greater automation as all payments made through iNovah will be instantly updated to their Oracle CC&B source system.
iNovah’s real-time payment updates will simplify the City’s water billing process and expedite payment wait times for Winnipeg customers. iNovah’s integration and automation also eliminates the double entry of payment data for staff, enabling easier, more accurate reconciliation of payments across the City.
The City of Winnipeg came on board with iNovah in 2014.
