St. Louis County, MN is continuing to build their enterprise-wide revenue management approach with iNovah, expanding the solution to a new department and adding enhanced payment security with iNovah’s EMV chip card technology.
The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office now joins the County Auditor-Treasurer in streamlining payment acceptance and revenue controls through System Innovators’ iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) hub. The Sheriff’s Office will gain in-depth research, reporting and auditing capabilities with one centralized source for revenue management.
As a client since 1992, the County Auditor-Treasurer’s office has used iNovah to accept and manage revenue in the County’s Tax, Clerk of the Board/Elections, and Accounting Divisions. iNovah is also used in the St. Louis County Service Center to handle revenue for vehicle registrations, Driver’s licenses, passports and property tax payments. Along with the Sheriff’s Office, the County Auditor-Treasurer is moving to EMV chip acceptance to increase payment security and decrease liability.
The addition of EMV chip technologies brings the County increased fraud protection, greater operational efficiencies and more secure transactions throughout the Auditor-Treasurer Department and Sheriff’s Office. System Innovators’ integrated chip card solution will eliminate the manual entry of credit card information for staff, reducing customer payment times and avoidable errors.
County customers can also expect to gain increased payment flexibility with the new solution, including the ability to pay using digital mobile wallets through options like ApplePay, GooglePay, and contactless payment methods.
System Innovators is proud to partner with St. Louis County as they continue to grow and expand their revenue management capabilities across the organization.
