System Innovators is pleased to announce that Fresno County, CA has expanded their use of the iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) solution to a new department. Home to nearly one million citizens, the County is one of thirteen iNovah clients in the state of California. With the new expansion, the Fresno County Department of Agriculture will join their fellow Fresno County iNovah users, the Department of Public Health and the Department of the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector, in gaining the benefits of enterprise-wide revenue management.
iNovah delivers the County a fully-integrated, centralized solution for cashiering and enterprise revenue management, including auditing, reporting, reconciliation and enhanced revenue controls.
Fresno County has trusted System Innovators for its cashiering and revenue management needs since 2009. The addition of iNovah to a third department will enable County staff to eliminate manual entry challenges and consolidate reporting across all three departments, decreasing errors and increasing operational efficiencies. iNovah will also allow the County to centrally administer payments types, offices, tenders and user setup.
iNovah ERM has been designed to allow organizations to quickly add new business units, departments and offices, extending any integration to new users. This provides greater economies of scale for revenue managers and provides one source for the truth to all departments.
System Innovators looks forward to an enduring relationship with Fresno County for many years to come.
