System Innovators, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation, is pleased to announce that Hawaii County, Hawaii is now Live with the iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) solution in the Department of Finance: Vehicle Registration and Licensing Division. iNovah will span across the division’s five offices, providing one source for the truth for all the Division’s financial needs.
The Big Island joins Hawaiian islands, Kauai and Maui, as part of the System Innovators family, trusting iNovah for their enterprise revenue management needs. With System Innovators’ end-to-end solution, Hawaii County will have the ability to navigate through one single system to process payments and access account information.
iNovah is expected to process a receipt volume of over 200,000 annually for Hawaii County. The iNovah system will handle driver license renewals, State IDs, motor vehicle license plates and registration, as well as smaller licensing needs within the County.
Prior to implementation, the Vehicle Registration and Licensing Division conducted all financial transactions by hand through the use of cash registers and manual entry of data. The iNovah modernization project eliminates manual entry challenges and consolidates reporting across all five offices, decreasing errors and increasing operational efficiencies. iNovah will also allow the County to centrally administer payments types, offices, tenders and user setup.
“We are happy to have successfully implemented iNovah in the Department of Finance: Vehicle Registration and Licensing Division. iNovah simplifies our revenue management by providing one central place for processing payments and account information, all in real-time. Our team is looking forward to the long-term benefits and efficiencies we will gain with iNovah,” commented Naomi O’Dell, VRL Administrator, Hawaii County.
iNovah delivers the County a fully-integrated, centralized solution for cashiering and enterprise revenue management, including auditing, reporting, reconciliation and enhanced revenue controls.
“It was our pleasure to partner with Hawaii County to achieve this great milestone. We would like to thank the County’s staff for their efforts in making the iNovah implementation project a huge success,” stated Greg Whitnell, System Innovators Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “System Innovators is committed to delivering the latest knowledge and expertise to optimize the County’s use of iNovah as a cashiering and ERM hub.”
