System Innovators (SI), a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation, is pleased to partner with Washington’s sixth largest city, the City of Kent, to modernize payments and revenue management with the iNovah hub. The iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) system will replace the city’s existing cashiering solution, and provide the City of Kent with one central place to manage all payment channels and enterprise revenue activity.

“The City of Kent will leverage the scalability and interfaces of iNovah to provide both front counter point of sale and online payment services to City residents, while also streamlining City staff processes,” stated Annette Pape, City of Kent IT Project Manager.
