Harris Computer Corporation, is pleased to announce that, the City of Anaheim, California has expanded iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) solution to its 10th location, the Anaheim Police Department (APD). Over 12 users will be using this intuitive and reliable solution to collect a number of payments including vehicle impounds, fingerprinting, police reports, bail fees, parking fees and more.
A client since 2014, the City of Anaheim has implemented iNovah in a number of locations including City Hall, City Clerk’s Office and all libraries to help pay, consolidate and manage over 1,000,000 transactions annually. iNovah enables the City to have one source of records for all cash receipt entries for recording city revenue while improving efficiencies for internal cash controls including auditing and record keeping.
