System Innovators is delighted to announce that the Cook County (IL) Health and Hospital System (CCHHS) has signed an agreement to implement our flagship solution, iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM). iNovah will replace hand-written receipts and manual processes for cashiering and the collection of payments for CCHHS while providing the County with an undeniable audit trail.
Cook County Health and Hospital System (CCHHS) relied on manual processes to keep track of payments for medical services, pharmacy, and vaccinations which were collected mostly in the form of cash and zero dollar payments.There is always a risk of duplication of efforts and processing errors when manual entries are made. With this in mind, CCHHS searched for solutions and looked to iNovah to improve processing time, financial controls, reporting and auditability.
Modernization of Cook County Health and Hospital System’s (CCHHS) revenue management will provide full audit, reporting, and data integrity. iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) solution will replace hand-written receipts and manual processes for cashiering and integrate with Cook County Health and Hospital System’s instance of Oracle Financials.iNovah replaces the cashiering and/or collection component of source systems with an interface that permits iNovah to become the hub for all revenue collection. The County will realize immediate benefits by having the ability to take payments and provide customizable receipts in real-time while providing a 360 degree view for complete business intelligence and revenue decision support. Citizens of the County will have the ability to be flexible in the payment methods of their choice as iNovah accepts multiple payment tenders such as cash and credit card.
