System Innovators (SI), a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation, is pleased to announce that the fourth largest Minnesota County, Anoka County, is now LIVE with iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) Solution. The implementation of iNovah ERM will modernize the way revenue is collected, managed and reported on within multiple locations of the License Bureau, Parks and Community Services divisions in the County.
Prior to implementing iNovah, the County was utilizing a home grown Point of Sale (POS) system to collect and process revenue from departments for citizen payments such as drivers licenses, car tags, hunt/fish licenses and vital records. The existing systems were targeted to be retired due to the hardware and maintenance end of life and expiration for these systems, prompting the County to act swiftly on implementing a modern cashiering and enterprise revenue management solution.
iNovah provides a 360 degree view of incoming revenue from cashiering, banking, reporting, audit, and full integration with Anoka County’s instance of Oracle Financials. The County will realize long-term benefits with the ability to efficiently conduct citizen payments collected in any tender of cash, check and credit/debit payments as well as manage financial information.
System Innovators is thrilled to welcome Anoka County who joins its Minnesota peers in utilizing iNovah: Hennepin County, Dakota County, St. Louis County, Scott County, City of Rochester, and Crow Wing County.
