Our Management Team

Jim Simak, General Manager: Jim Simak joined System Innovators in 2006 serving as vice president of operations for System Innovators, Inc. He was responsible for research and development, client services, integration services and customer support. In 2007, he was promoted to Chief Executive Office. As CEO, he oversaw and directed all company activities. In 2008 following the Harris acquisition, he assumed the role of General Manager.; Jim has more than 25 years of experience in commercial software development, management and service delivery. Prior to working at System Innovators, he worked for several Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Computer Science Corporations and General Dynamics.; Jim earned a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986 and completed work on a masters in computer science and engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. He earned his EMBA in 2007 from Jacksonville University.

Kelley J. Langford, Vice President: Kelley Langford has been with System Innovators, Inc. for 18 years, where he has held positions including form QA, development, integration and management. His understanding of the culture and philosophy of the company led to his appointment as president.; Kelley is responsible for implementing the payment collection systems as well as providing technical consulting services for company staff and for its partners and distributors, and conducting on-site product demonstrations. He is responsible for technical proposal content and participates in the design of new products.; Kelley has 14 years of programming experience in languages such as Visual C++, Visual Basic, CGI and PERL. He studied computer science at the University of North Florida and has completed numerous additional hardware, software and telecommunications courses.
