Roger Nelson, Founder: Roger Nelson founded System Innovators, Inc., in 1980 as a one-man consulting firm. During his time as Chief Executive Officer, he directed the company´s expansion to its current status as the leader in cashiering solutions for local government and utilities. He was responsible for overseeing the company´s business plans and for developing strategic plans for future activities. He stepped down as CEO in 2006 but remains involved as chairman of the board of directors.; Roger has more than 27 years of technical experience in the development and support of computer systems for government agencies and utility companies, having spent 24 of those years growing computer solutions companies. Prior to founding the company, Roger was a supervising analyst for R.W. Beck & Associates, an engineering consulting firm.; Roger received a bachelor´s degree in computer science from the Florida Technological University (now the University of Central Florida) in 1976 and earned a certificate in data processing (CDP) in 1984.

Jim Simak, Chief Executive Officer: Jim Simak was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2006, after serving as vice president of operations for System Innovators, Inc., as which he was responsible for research and development, client services, integration services and customer support. As CEO, he oversees and directs all company activities.; Jim has 20 years of experience in commercial software development, management and service delivery. Prior to working at System Innovators, Inc., he worked for several Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Computer Science Corporations and General Dynamics.; Jim earned a bachelor´s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986 and competed work on a master´s in computer science and engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. He is currently pursuing a master´s in business from Jacksonville University.

Kelley J. Langford, President: Kelley Langford has been with System Innovators, Inc. for 15 years, where he has held positions including form QA, development, integration and management. His understanding of the culture and philosophy of the company led to his appointment as president.; Kelley is responsible for implementing the payment collection systems as well as providing technical consulting services for company staff and for its partners and distributors, and conducting on-site product demonstrations. He is responsible for technical proposal content and participates in the design of new products.; Kelley has 14 years of programming experience in languages such as Visual C++, Visual Basic, CGI and PERL. He studied computer science at the University of North Florida and has completed numerous additional hardware, software and telecommunications courses.

Mark Smart, Chief Financial Officer: Mark Smart manages the financial and administrative functions for System Innovators, Inc., including accounting and MIS as well as making investment recommendations, supervising and developing the personnel payroll, continuing relationships with the bank and coordinating the annual review of company financial statements. He is responsible for all budgetary planning, analysis and reporting.; Mark has 17 years of experience in accounting and auditing. Prior to System Innovators, Inc., Mark had financial responsibility for a luxury Swiss watch company and was a key member of the management team for a master wholesaler. He was previously with the auditing firm Ernst & Young.; Mark earned a bachelor of commerce degree in managerial finance, accounting and auditing from the University of Natal South Africa. He is currently pursing a master´s in business from Jacksonville, University.
