System Innovators, Inc. promoted Jim Simak to chief executive officer. Simak was vice president of operations with the company for more than two years and has 20 years of experience in management and software development. System Innovators, Inc. also promoted Kelley Langford to president. Mark Smart was promoted to chief financial officer. The new executive team has a combined experience of more than fifty years in advanced payment processing and revenue management solutions. Roger Nelson, founder and owner, stepped down as CEO and president but remains involved as chairman of the board of directors.
