What tools are provided in iNovah to manage payment collection activities?
iNovah includes query, reporting, payment administration and data management tools to effectively manage collection activities. The Query Module can be used to create, store and run standard or ad-hoc queries of receipt, tender, deposit and audit details. The Reporting Module includes an extensive library of transaction, summary and statistical reports that can be run on demand or modified to create a special one-time report. The Balancing Module is used to reconcile both payments and deposits while creating a detailed audit trail of all activities. The corrections are automatically posted to all systems that the original entries were posted to.
