What resources are needed to implement iNovah?
System Innovators provides the resources to document required changes, customize the software, install and test a pilot and train the people that will use the system. Your organization will be responsible for identifying interface requirements to existing systems, learning the operational and administrative features of the system, verifying that the customized software meets your needs and rolling out the system across your organization. Most of our clients assign a full time project manager to gather other resources as needed throughout the project. Implementation projects typically last 90 to 180 days depending on the number of systems being interfaced.
