Manitoba Hydro and City of Nelson, BC Select iNovah

System Innovators announced that Manitoba Hydro and the City of Nelson, British Columbia have chosen iNovah as their centralized cashiering solution.

Manitoba Hydro is one of the largest utilities in Canada with over 70 offices, 150+ workstations in five major regions of the province. The City of Nelson operates two payment locations with three workstations. Both clients required updated technology, extensive reporting capabilities, ability to interface with multiple systems and emphasized financial accountability. iNovah offers a fully customized solution that met the immediate needs of both organizations and the flexibility to handle revenue management challenges well into the future.
